Good and bad, but I’ve learned a lot in my first AE role, having worked in small business (under 1k employees) and mid market (1k-6k employees). Product is a bit outdated and overpriced. We lose to others who have a sleeker look and feel and slightly lower price. Compliance has taken a back seat with some organizations, which has been a struggle.

My experience began on a positive note, but leadership, particularly within the UK, has significantly declined. Combined with a salary that’s below industry standards, it’s become difficult for many to envision a long-term future here.
