Former Employee My experience began on a positive note, but leadership, particularly within the UK, has significantly declined. Combined with a salary that’s below industry standards, it’s become difficult for many to envision a long-term future here. For new joiners, this role may serve as a short-term stepping stone, as opportunities for progression are virtually nonexistent. Leadership has shown a clear lack of support for the SDR/BDR team in EMEA. For example, the top-performing BDR in EMEA, who consistently exceeded quota and earned President’s Club, was still passed over for promotion.
