Low base salary as compared to other Enterprise SaaS sales opportunities and OTE is low but management is very supportive and helps you through difficult times when the deals aren't flowing.

Overall experience is good. The culture and leadership are better than your typical sales company. The compensation overall is fair. This organization definitely helps you become a better seller based on the amount of different conversations you’re able to have.
