I would recommend for your first sales/ AE role. You will learn a lot and have good market value coming out of Navex Would not recommend going here as a tenured AE. Leadership became incredibly cut throat and hardly anyone attains quota unless they are in the NY or CA markets. Out of my 3 years of working there I can recall one person hitting annual quota on my team. However; Navex is very organized, they have excellent training, they have top notch tools to assist sales (enterprise SF, zoom info, etc) Commission structure was good but not great. Tough product to sell however

My overall experience was very poor. A culture of churn and burn. Management has no regard to its customers.
