What is the sales management style at NICE Ltd and how does it impact the overall sales team performance?

Their style is Management by Fear (with Micro-Management as a very close second choice).  This company takes sadistic pleasure in firing (or threatening to fire) just about everyone.  That culture is set at the EVP level and works its way down. from there.  
NICE figures that's it's easier to threaten everyone's jobs than it is to fix the issues that plague this company (mediocre talent, tragically sub-par compensation, massive decelerators in the comp plan, and too few accounts to go around).

Depends on your manager. It’s the ELT above the RVP’s that have most say. I was just fired under 2 years with $8M in pipeline.

Probably one of the most toxic companies I have ever been a part of.  They cut people with 5+ years tenure who have made the company millons of dollars and gave them zero package.

The management style is more of a fear based, intimidation style versus a motivation style I've seen in other companies. Weekly roll-ups for management to talk down and yell at the team in front of all of your coworkers versus one on one feedback. Sink or swim mentality with no training. No PIP.

The overall style of management at NICE is based on fear and intimidation. As a rep you always need to be proving your value. You will be asked to keep a meticulous forecast and if deals get either pushed or the dollar value changes, you will likely be called out publicly. Firing reps without any notice is common as the company does not do performance improvement plans. Having said that, there are some good mid-level managers who work hard to provide a buffer from the harsh style from the top. However, with constant reorgs and mid-level managers also are subject to being fired without notice, it is unlikely you will report to such a manager for long.

Depends on the group you're selling for.  I enjoyed my manager, but the company hides the fact that you have a 2 year minimum goal and you're fired if you don't make it, regardless of things out of your control.

Lots of attention on activities and sales funnel to the point of micromanagement on some teams.

The CXOne teams style was “you treat it as your own business” which means you are left to sink or swim. Coaching is left to the Training team and you are simply asked weekly what your forecast will be by management

The sales team performance was 50%-70% so par for the current state of sales teams.

My tenure at NICE had a bigger impact on my mental health than family member dying. All down to a single manager. Without a doubt the most toxic team I have ever been a part of.
