Long sales cycles, long implementations, complicated comp plan. Unless managing a large, existing account it is very hard to make any money

My overall experience was fair, with NICE. The sales process is complex, and it appears there is no real sense of urgency to get deals over the finish line. There can be upwards of 20 people involved in the sales process, and if the client is not considered enterprise, be prepared to receive very little support/urgency.
