Current Employee The training and onboarding experience was well-structured and highly valuable, with strong support from enablement teams. However, the flow of inbound leads felt inconsistent and limited, which made hitting targets more challenging than expected. Success here really depends on self-sourcing and navigating internal resources effectively.
