NICE is an organization that is run by FEAR.  Everyone is on eggshells constantly and senior leadership perversely enjoys finding reason to fire people. They have an absolutely deluded sense of their own capabilities and reputation.

NICE is a great company with an amazing product. The European organization need some work to become more successful. For instance, ik my market there is a lack of awareness and inbound lead flow. This makes reaching targets challenging at the moment.
