Current Employee My company was acquired by NTT DATA and the transition process was horrendous. They did not provide a quota or comp plan for 5.5 months and suddenly went from paying us commission monthly to not paying us commission for 5.5 months. Their process and lack of communication has been extremely disrespectful and when they did finally release a comp plan it was insulting in comparison to what we previously had. Most of the original sales team from our acquired company has already left or is on their way out. I would never recommend working here.
