Former Employee NXP is very quick to hire and fire employees and there is constant employee churn in sales. There is a very strong "boys club" environment at the top levels who are each protecting themselves and their roles and career advancement. Management is making poor decisions and failing its employees in having yearly layoffs and it's very hard for any career advancement. The product portfolio is shrinking quickly and they are not innovating products fast enough. There is a ton of daily/weekly reporting that needs to be done by sales folks and things are extremely CFO driven vs Product/Growth driven. I have no faith in NXP leadership.
