Leadership in the Enterprise org is… let’s say “creatively directionless.” Strategies change faster than passwords, accountability is a mythical creature, and internal politics could power a small city. The Enterprise team is basically a revolving door at this point —4 reps and even a director have jumped out in the last month. Can’t imagine why.
The VP shuffles accounts around like playing cards, depending on who’s in favor at the moment. New hires are brought in at lightning speed, which is adorable given that most don’t actually have accounts. But hey, at least one person is hitting quota out of the whole company, so clearly everything’s fine. The CRO has never come close to running an organization this large and it shows. The Mid-Market team is failing quickly so the CRO is solving by hiring more people.
In short, if you’re getting recruited, maybe take that as your cue to run — not walk — in the opposite direction. Your future self will send you a thank-you card. Browse Other Reviews
