Unless you are going to be homeless unless you take a job here, do yourself a favor and run!! No one is hitting quota and the leadership team is absolutely toxic!

I see all the reviews of AEs not hitting quota and referring to just 1 or 2 reps hitting quota in 2024. If the product market fit is there, what makes it impossible to hit quota? is it the ARR that just keeps increasing or lead gen? Just trying to make sense of how 1 or 2 reps hit quota.
