Current Employee The Sales Leadership lacks a deep understanding of the industry and often makes impulsive decisions to boost revenue, but their efforts have consistently failed to deliver results. Leadership relies heavily on fear-based tactics, frequently using job threats to maintain control.
The US-based head of HR is completely unhelpful. Bringing concerns to her is essentially sealing your fate, as she reports directly to leadership and collaborates on plans to terminate employees. Numerous lawsuits are currently underway from employees who were wrongfully terminated. The CEO is fully aware of the ongoing issues and the negative reviews, even attempting to have them removed. Be cautious about trusting the positive reviews—they seem fabricated, and it wouldn't be surprising if employees were paid to write them. Yes, it’s that bad.
