Q2 and Q3 were both lackluster. Unfortunately, the company continues to rely on large enterprise deals to hit quota and these deals typically take 12-18 months.

Toxic micromanagement and bad leadership combine to make this a very bad place to work. No one ever makes their number, and they keep increasing the quota to dilute commissions. Yet they expect you to work evenings, weekends and it's really your basic sweat shop.

The Idia sales team is at a very infant stage and the quotas could changes every month and they are usually impractical to say the last.

Terrible culture. They hire and fire all the time. No tenure since no one makes it since they get fired. Unrealistic expectations. They are hiring at a lower amount & people are less experienced. Only one person made quota. You need to work many hours, and it still isn't enough.
