Current Employee Netradyne has a good product that customers like, and base pay and benefits are decent.
However, the sales leadership is the worst I've ever seen. Only 2 out of 25-30 reps hit their numbers in 2024, and 2025 looks to be even worse.
Despite a talented sales team, leadership seems to believe arrogance and technical specs are enough, which the numbers clearly show isn't working. Adding to the problem, the culture is absolutely rotten, with no real interest in fixing it. Even with HR feigning interest, nothing changes. It's pathetic to see a good product hampered by such ineffective leadership and a toxic environment. Yet they continue to just churn reps, and nothing improves.
