Poor Sales Culture. They hire "experienced" reps, who they think don't need training anymore. Leaves it with an uncoachable Org that is not able to compete in a modern world. Glorified Ordertakers, absolute C-Players. For A-Players this is an easy one, but the earning potential and the accelerators are weak. Not a sales culture.

A lot of turnover, poor market fit and late. Lost a ton to zScaler and to a lesser extend Palo Alto. It's not well led and the partner support is non existent.
