first SDR role, but its been good so far- you always hear the horror stories about other places. Not a ton of available lead volume and the internal competition is for sure there, but very happy I started my journey in Tech here.

Too many hires. Cutting on cost and inbound lead flow was trash. On top of that you fight with reps for accounts

No pay review and increased quota and reducing commission rate. Therefore compensation is going down with tenure and performance

My overall experience was positive for what it was- my first sales job. Leadership varies and culture is not great at times. Base salary is low in comparison to other companies. A lot of resources are made available to you though and one of the very few sales orgs that allows you overtime if worked.
