I was laid off this month. Base is low compared to industry standard. Commission structure was straight forward and solid. Good benefits. Absolutely terrible management - more specifically my direct sales manager. Did not provide any coaching, acted like a super-rep, micromanaged, and created a negative work environment amongst the team. I could go on and on, but overall my layoff was a reflection of failed management and the fact my manager did not want me on the team despite being a top performer.

Terrible leadership who do not care about your success. The company has gradually gone down hill. More customers are starting to churn due to unethical compliance upgrades and being blindsided at renewal with a minimum 30% YOY uplift

I signed on to share my onboarding experience. The training offered by Oracle is very limited. Sales is always evolving and this team is stuck in some prehistoric times. NetSuite itself is an old mess. They do not know how to sell the value of their own tool and focus on selling the name brand.
