Stay away! There’s a reason why NetSuite is always hiring and has such high churn rate. It’s impossible to stay at the company long term. You will either quit because you can’t handle it anymore or they will fire you for not hitting quota. Even new hires aren’t exempt from PIP’s anymore. All of Account Management is miserable and stressed. Leadership doesn’t care about goals or aspirations, and provides little to no guidance. Sink or swim mentality.
