There is ZERO product market fit as the product/implementation is way to expensive and time consuming for SMBs. Competitors do 90% of what NS does at 50% of the price.
Virtually non-existent SDR support. This is a full outbound role with ridiculous expectations. Your territory is super wide so expect to compete with HUNDREDS of reps for the same leads and then spend hours a day with manual outreach/admin.
Management is vicious and down your throat. Expect to be micromanaged and watched over non stop, it’s an insanely old school and toxic culture that treats it employees like kids. Every quarter changes are made by clueless upper management that makes selling harder and more complex.
You will make less if not the same as a BDR especially if it your first year. Morale here is horrible and career progression is basically non existent. Almost everyone from my original team quit or has been fired. There are plenty of great places to work especially in SaaS at and this is sadly not one of them.
