Good experience if you are someone who is willing to grind. All about networking, understanding our product market fit, and getting reps. People who do that get a chance to move into AE role, but you have to be consistent. Plenty of people who are working to pass you up. Job is very relaxed and flexible.

I had 5 managers over the course of a year, very high turnover in leadership and BDR/AE/AMO roles. I had a team of 12 and only 2 people hit quota consistently. Do not recommend. (also you can ask but they will never tell BDRs that if you don't have high enough quota attainment they just fire you, beware)

Flexible PTO is gone and now we accrue it. they force you to use PTO for their ‘Winter break’ so you can expect a total of 9 actual PTO days accrued per year after being forced to spend PTO on the ‘winter break’
