My overall experience here has been neutral, edging on the side of negative most recently. Most sales managers and leaders are heavily detached from a direct selling role (some never even sold in the assigned territory) and quotas are constantly increased despite current economic climate. SDRs had their compensation cut and massive RIFs have been happening due to new investments in AI.

Oracle makes decisions that do not make sense and negatively impact employees. There are no annual salary raises and layoffs have become the norm.
