Good 'ol boys culture... Stay away. Your ability to keep your position really depends on who you hang out with/drink with after (or sometimes during) work. Hardly any support from management aside from the dreaded weekly forecast call where no matter how much your deal(s) are buttoned up, you will be destroyed mentally by your RVP.
