Great company to be at if you kill it. Inbound lead flow is slow and relatively unchecked, lots of fake/underqualified leads . Management continues to raise quota despite less than 10% of reps hitting quota. Inbound is the toughest alignment to hit quota. Outbound is a grind but much more attainable. Success in this role comes to those who work really hard. Not really a job you can skate by at and be here very long. Promotions are slim, you truly have to be the best. But great opportunities to make a lot of money if you are promoted

NetSuite is a great company if you are committed to sticking with the role for 12+ months. Very tough if you are an external hire as there is a ton of tribal knowledge with navigating the CRM. Awesome leadership there and great organization to sharpen sales acumen, hitting quota is tough, but if you do, it's very lucrative.

I am still in seat - this company is great for top performers and terrible for bottom. If you are in the middle you can get comfy and just coast which depending on your role can be good or bad or annoying. Overall great company, would recommend!
