Been the best company I have worked for. We are growing a lot now, which has minimized some lead flow. but the quota is still attainable if willing to put in some work and time. Overall, good compensation, great product, great culture and good leadership.

Good experience but very complex product to sell. Have to be able to manage lots of internal resources (VAT), have a decent understanding of accounting and do a ton of outbound prospecting. lots of reps in open territory so it is competitive.

Struggles with coordination between organization in support of all offerings. Partly, lack of understanding about importance of selling various offerings to wider org. Incentives misaligned between competing demands.
