In this new fiscal year, things have unfortunately gotten very bad. The quota is very far out of reach and management acts oblivious to our concerns.

A great solution that can cater for all customers. Issue is that selling directly from the vendor inhibits ability to tailor the solution to fit customer needs. No salary review or CPI increases unless promoted. Promotion prospects have reduced as org has flattened significantly
