Performance is largely based off prospecting, finding your own accounts and breaking in. If you can get in front of the right accounts, you can access the aggressive accelerators and make 3-4x your base salary.

SDR pay is fine but the emerging AE salary and OTE is abysmal especially for how hard it is. Only pro is office environment, working with 100+ fresh out of college grads is a lot of fun.
