Current Employee I am part of the BDR Org here, which is very different from the AE Org! Unfortunately there is endless turnover, I think because of limited training, very competitive and little growth opportunity into the AE role, and a cap on our commission, even though there are high expectations to exceed it. The amount you learn selling a leading ERP solution in the high tech space makes up tremendously for these issues, but once you're ready to continue growing your career, it can be difficult to stay! If you want to dive into a complex sale as an AE then NetSuite is it. Appreciate that they accepted people from all backgrounds into this entry level role, but more care for their people and training is necessary to hold onto top talent. Ive seen too many people go!
