This in addition to company restructuring and recent layoffs have led to uncertainty within the company and a lack of confidence for some SDR's. I have been successful thus far and look to build my tenure here, but the future remains somewhat uncertain.

Former Employee3.7May 8, 2024Friendly team but was very pushy sales org. Lead flow came to an almost compadre stand still in the start of 2023 and everything changed. Quotas are unobtainable for most folks unless you catch a couple whales.
