Former Employee The best part of this job was the coworkers and culture. Young office environment and plenty of happy hour events. It seemed the company as a whole and upper management was trying to figure things out during my time there. Changing commission plans, extending BDR program 6 more months, layoffs, moving Direct sales reps to Account Management, some reps being able to work remote while others weren't. My experience involved multiple changes in managers in a single year - for this reason I felt my training and development was little to none. The product is great, just not for small business - most Account Executives in the emerging space do not hit quota. That being said, it takes a decent amount of time without closing net-new business to be put on a plan.
