Since being acquired by Oracle, the vision and leadership has been lost. Plus, there is continual attrition on earning potential and ability to overachieve. Oracle does not like reps hitting over 80% quota and does not give pay increases to quota carrying staff. I was a top performer (always in the top 5 for ARR across all EMEA reps) but I was never made to feel valued.

It's okay, a place to start. NetSuite is not growing at the same rate it was a few years ago.
