Priorities have tanked, fraudulent SQLs run rampant and leadership doesn’t care because it looks better for them if the numbers are higher. Development of SDRs is basically non-existent, and no one cares about anything except hitting numbers which has driven quality super low, making AE’s frustrated and SDRs who actually try to drive quality pipeline are looked down on for having lower attainment even though opportunity #’s and $ forecasted are significantly higher.

Worked at NetSuite on the east coast - products. very stressful, lack of competent leadership. would never work there again, culture is horrible.
