Too many sales representatives to divide the inbound leads. And the territory assignment is fixed. As a result most sales reps can't hit their target.

My overall experience was that depending on when you start in the fiscal year, that will determine the quality of your book of business. NetSuite customers have their guard up when you go to upsell / cross-sell them since they're used to having discounts and those discounts getting stripped away upon renewal.
