This organization needs help. Management was not a good fit. They have multiple products and they don't truly know what product is important. Sales is expected to know all products backwards and forwards yet their SE's don't. They hire advising it's not a technical position yet it is and then they find fault if you aren't hitting quota. They lack true training, leadership and need to figure out what they want to be as an organization when they grow up.

Emea org is mismanaged by the US leadership. Sdrs are left to flounder with zero support. The US org is much better though.

My overall experience was that management was nice however they along with the organization have many flaws. Management is more interested in 7.5hrs of meetings per week with sales reps, they bought multiple companies and they need to figure out what market they actually want to play in.
