Terrible. The upper management is so disconnected with what is actually happening with the company. Portraying product as better and different than it actually is. Customer service is terrible despite it supposedly being the trademark. Revolving door due to higher level incompetence and politics.

Management is horrible. They acquire more and more applications for the sole purpose of micromanagement. No decision or job description seems to stick. It’s as if they are flying blind. One long time employee described it as, they are famous for exploding upon takeoff.
