My overall experience was great to start, good culture, decent pay, great professional development. Unfortunately, there sales floor keeps growing every single month, and the influx of leads does not. FY23Q1, there were so many reps hitting goal, it was like participation trophies. As each quarter went on, the list has gotten lighter and lighter. We went from about 30 reps in q1 hitting goal in SB to about 5 as we approach the end of Q4.

I was hired for a new GTM team and the company did not adequately prepare for what was required for success, and did a horrible job of managing expectations around how we would bring a product with no penetration in the US market effectively to market
