There are a lot of top level leaders who change their mind daily. The culture was really negative. They put people down, yell at them. It is a punishment culture versus an enablement culture.

Bad all around. Do not come here. Only reason to take this job is you are completely desperate at this point. Dysfunctional all around, clueless leadership, no defined career paths, favoritism in promotions, not rewarded for performance.
