Current Employee It's been ok. I have only been here a few months but a lot of what they sell you on to join the company does not exists. Quota attainment for SDR is roughly 10% across the company and of that 10% the majority are inbound and revival roles. Any outbound role is fighting to not get pup on a sip every month because after you finish your ramp period, hitting quota is almost unattainable. They are continually taking things away like WFH opportunity, incentive structures and so forth. Its corporate sales so you kind of expect it but just disappointing.
