It's a good organization and i recommend working there. You will get great sales experience and have every took at your disposal. Nearly ever manager is awesome and supportive. You will be given everything you need to succeed. However, at Ninja success doesn't mean consistently hitting quota and making good money. Quota is high and attainment is low. Very few people hit quota consistently and no one is actually making 85kb The who comp structure seems designed to pay us as little as possible. If you hit 50% every month you are considered in good standing.

It’s been great so far. I’ve been here for 5 months and I’ve felt supported by my manager. I feel there is also room for upward advancement within the company.

Good company with solid growth. This position is new so there is room for improvement but overall colleagues are good, training is good and there is room to move up.
