My current experience with NinjaOne is... WOW. Incredibly kind culture with flat sales leadership. It is not uncommon to see the CEO and CRO and have conversations with them throughout the work day. Leaders emphasize servant leadership and many of them have succeeded in the roles they manage which allows for an empathetic, servant approach BIGGEST THING - JOB SECURITY. No rounds of layoffs and team has grown by almost 1k employees in the last 3 years.

My overall experience was horrendous, beware of all of the fake reviews online. Joining this company was one of the worst mistakes I could've made for my career. Leadership could not care less about individual contributors. The company is being run by genuinely bad people. Be wary of constant lies throughout the interview process.
