My current experience with NinjaOne is... WOW. Incredibly kind culture with flat sales leadership. It is not uncommon to see the CEO and CRO and have conversations with them throughout the work day. Leaders emphasize servant leadership and many of them have succeeded in the roles they manage which allows for an empathetic, servant approach BIGGEST THING - JOB SECURITY. No rounds of layoffs and team has grown by almost 1k employees in the last 3 years.

Great Product, large amounts of growth within the company leads to a lot of change and lacks consistency with priorities changing weekly. Overall good company just has growing pains right now.

it was a good entry job the culture was really good everyone was helpful and supportive even people unrelated to my team or management, and the free food and perks were nice. But the quota was too high and the accounts weren’t managed properly, lots of kinks to work out. Overall good experience and the company itself is growing like crazy so it’s a good name to have
