Nearly ever manager is awesome and supportive. You will be given everything you need to succeed. However, at Ninja success doesn't mean consistently hitting quota and making good money. Former Employee3.9Jan 30, 2025it was a good entry job the culture was really good everyone was helpful and supportive even people unrelated to my team or management, and the free food and perks were nice. But the quota was too high and the accounts weren’t managed properly, lots of kinks to work out. Overall good experience and the company itself is growing like crazy so it’s a good name to have
