Overall the people in the sales org are great. Unfortunately the leadership does a very poor job of rewarding loyalty. Quota retention has been difficult for the past 2-3 years with a low percentage of reps hitting quota. Salary/TC increases are very difficult to get approved and most reps go 3-5+ years without receiving any sort of increase in pay structure.

Worst company here. They will get rid of you without warning - even when you are performing well. Their comp plan is not all that good either. They reorganization every few months. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

Company is always looking for new ways to beat out the competition. Investment into innovation and partnerships helps when you are trying to close deals. Good customer service reps helps when you are trying to do renewals. Co-workers are supportive and fun.
