Worst company here. They will get rid of you without warning - even when you are performing well. Their comp plan is not all that good either. They reorganization every few months. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

You must be okay with quantity over quality for outbound prospecting efforts for all roles BDR to Sr. AE. Meetings are the guiding metric for leadership (AE's are responsible for 5 first, 10 total, and 1 F2F meeting every week).

My overall experience was not the best They do not care about their employees and change only happens at an executive level
