Former Employee Terrible leadership at the top. CRO is completely disconnected from the sales teams and has no previous sales experience. She can't make any descisions and her leadership team is not much better. They have a revolving door of leadership hires and their new head of Revenue Operations talks a big talk but has really had minimal positive impact.
They keep changing strategy without bringing the sales teams along and it's all done in a haphazard and frantic way, without thoughtful execution. Transparency in the GTM organization is probably the worst I've seen.
I would not recommend joining until the leadership in the GTM org changes or you'll be at the mercy of constant changes to your accounts and comp with no compelling communication or planning around it.
