Incredible product, lack of product market fit in MM and Enterprise. Majority of usage comes from individual users and small organizations. AMs & AEs struggle globally to hit quota. Significant customer churn within account management due to lack of consistent adoption. Rather than dissect the true challenges of selling Notion, leadership has begun to consistently handout PIPs & plans to double the size of the teams regardless of current struggles. Highly disappointing to see the way things have been run at an organization that has so much potential.

Terrible leadership at the top. CRO is completely disconnected from the sales teams and has no previous sales experience. She can't make any descisions and her leadership team is not much better. They have a revolving door of leadership hires and their new head of Revenue Operations talks a big talk but has really had minimal positive impact. They keep changing...Read More
