Great product fit but leadership only cares about themselves and will try to immediately push you out if you don't fit their "mold". HR will ignore rightful complaints brought to them.

I joined as part of the SE academy, the people working there are very happy to help you accelerate your career but the compensation is mediocre. If you’re early in your career, Nutanix is a great place to start as a SE!

Everything is through the channel - the role I am in is very new and unique and adoption/methodology for everything isn't fully fleshed out yet, given time I think it will improve.
