Not an enterprise grade company. Leadership doesn't know what they are doing: it feels like kids running around with scissors. I don't recommend to work for Nutanix even if the OTE seems high, what good is a high variable OTE if you can't sell the product because it cannot compete.

This is a great company to work for. Good people and the culture is great. The product can sometimes be difficult to fit into some orgs environments, since everything has to line up perfectly. GTM strategy could definitely be improved. Inside sales org compensation could also be improved. Overall, would still recommend working for this company.
