Lots of new hires leave within 3-6 months after seeing the company from the inside. I highly recommend reps stay away unless they need a line on their resume as a launching pad.

They frequently acquire, so they have a portfolio of patchwork solutions and struggle to effectively compete in the market. Paya VP’s & product owners are downright hostile to sellers. Nobody hits quota. Lots of gaslighting.

There are areas with strong value prop, but overall onboarding a merchant is a nightmare and number of issues post go-live are staggering.
