Come for the broken platform, stay for the micromanaging. They frequently acquire, so they have a portfolio of patchwork solutions and struggle to effectively compete in the market. Paya VP’s & product owners are downright hostile to sellers. Nobody hits quota. Lots of gaslighting.

My overall experience was good but honestly the product was not completely ready to go to market and there was not alot of training. Where there was a product fit, it did go well.

The product is comparable to competitors - better in some ways, worse in others. The culture is nonexistent, and if I had to try and describe it I would say it’s garbage.
