Leadership changes and increase in the minimums have led to uncertainty in the market.

Enterprise sales role called Managing Director is 100% commission. You do receive a “healthy base” but it must be paid back before receiving commission. Pay back is based on new and reoccurring sales. However, if you lose a major client due to reasons beyond your control, you will basically be in debt to the company. Sales people beware!!
